A leader is the one, who drives execution and gets results
not only from the team but from the numbers as well. I am definitely a
motivator and encourage my team to grow. In a business setting, this can mean
directing workers and colleagues with a strategy to meet the company's needs. But as a women you can face many problems in leadership roles.
A women can be a rare face in safety, particularly in leadership roles. Women in authority are more likely to encounter sexual harassment from senior leaders and colleagues. The result came out from the research states that women in supervisory roles had a higher tendency of experiencing workplace harassment. She can be harassed both from her subordinates and from higher-level management within the company.
There are extra ordinary women who are able to successfully navigate all the domains of corporate life. They display a heightened awareness of their environment which enhances their capacity for judgement. But their safety is the major issue because they deserve to be safe.
Women safety involves strategies, practices and policies which aim to reduce gender-based violence (or violence against women), including women's fear of crime. Women's safety involves safe spaces.

- Ensure that senior leaders are clear and transparent champions of the initiative
- Identify measures of success in advance, then track and report those outcomes to the entire organization.
Safety tips for women:
- Be aware of your surroundings.
- Don't take eve teasing lightly
- As much as possible avoid late night shifts and travel
- Avoid taking road side cabs
- Activate your speed dials which can be used to dial numbers in emergency
- Don’t be embarrassed to share such things with your family & friends
- If need be approach police easily
